Who we are
WildZero is run by Talha Düz as an individual business (sole trader), based in Bayrampaşa, Istanbul, Türkiye. For the personal data of people who visit this site or contact us, Talha Düz (WildZero) is the data controller. Contact: [email protected] or WhatsApp +90 507 278 78 56.
What we collect
- When you contact us: your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number, email and message.
- When you visit the site: our host, Cloudflare, keeps logs of your IP address, the time and the page you asked for, to keep the site secure. Your language and privacy choices are stored only in your browser. We use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies.
Why
To answer you, run demos and prepare a contract if you want one, and to keep the site safe from attacks and misuse.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the services that run our product: hosting (Cloudflare, USA), email (our email hosting provider), workflow automation (n8n, hosted in Germany), a database (Supabase, currently in the Tokyo, Japan region, which we plan to move to the EU), messaging (WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger through Meta and Zernio, and Telegram) and AI model providers (Google, Anthropic and OpenAI, USA). The full list is on the subprocessors page. Several of them are outside Türkiye, so your data is transferred abroad. Under KVKK Article 9 (as amended in 2024) we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses, or on your explicit consent where that is required.
How long we keep it
Contact requests: 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client contracts and invoices: as long as Turkish tax law requires, which is 10 years for accounting records under the Tax Procedure Law and the Turkish Commercial Code. Hosting logs: Cloudflare's standard retention period.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also ask who we shared it with, or object to how we use it. Write to [email protected]. We answer free of charge within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Messages we handle for our clients
When a business uses one of our systems, for example a clinic using the Global Patient Engine, that business decides how its customers' data is used. We process it only on the business's instructions, under a data processing agreement.
The assistant tells people it is an AI assistant in its first reply. Photos, X-rays and health details are shared only with the clinic's own team.

See the cookie policy. Today we use no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If we add analytics or ad pixels later, they will start only after you say yes in the privacy choices panel, and we will update this page first.
